My name is Dan Rensberger. I am a Florida native born in St. Petersburg. I started working in the hospitality industry in 1999. I worked in QSR restaurants mainly in my career and bounced around in the retail sector where I met my wife Allison and locked her down in 2012. We have three beautiful boys: Oliver Jackson, Henry Quinn, and Milo Phoenix.

After getting laid off due the pandemic, I was a stay-at-home dad/teacher for 2 months and was anxious to get back in the restaurant industry. Instead, I stumbled across Maple, which I knew would just be short-term until I found something more stable. I could not have been more wrong. From day one, I felt welcomed with open arms. I started at the Seminole location and worked with a phenomenal leadership team that made it about the community and just making people happy with our menu of comfort food with a modern twist. I made my way to the Sarasota UTC location in October of 2020, and shortly after made the move to your Community Leader. I strive to accommodate, and make my guests leave with a smile. I can’t wait to get the opportunity to serve you.
