SEPARATE CONTEST PER MAPLE STREET LOCATION: Although these Official Rules apply to all Maple Street Locations, the Contest is operated and administered separately for each Maple Street Location. Each nomination that complies with the foregoing requirements will be considered a “Nomination.”

Nominations submitted at a Maple Street Location will be counted only for that Maple Street Location Contest, and will not be carried over, combined, or aggregated with nominations submitted at any other Maple Street Location Contest for any purpose.

Limit: One (1) Nomination per Participant per day of the Contest Period.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or otherwise unreceived Nominations, regardless of cause. Each Participant entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules (located at www.maplestreetbiscuits.com) and Privacy Policy (located at https://www.maplestreetbiscuits.com/privacy-policy) incorporated herein by reference.

Participants agree to: (a) provide truthful information in each Nomination; (b) not to submit any Nomination for a school other than an Eligible School; (c) not forge, submit copied Nominations, or otherwise take any action which undermines the spirit and intent of this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to not consider any Nomination if it believes the Entry violates or potentially violates or does not comply with these Official Rules.

WINNER SELECTION: On or about May 2, 2026, each Maple Street Location will identify the Eligible School that received the highest number of Nominations that comply with these Official Rules. For each Maple Street Location Contest, the winning Eligible School will be determined as follows:

If one (1) Eligible School receives more eligible Nominations than any other Eligible School (i.e., there is no tie), then that Eligible School will be declared the potential winner for the applicable Maple Street Location Contest, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

Ties: If two (2) or more Eligible Schools are tied for the highest number of Nominations (each, a “Tied School”), the winner for that Maple Street Location Contest will be determined by a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its designee) from among the Tied Schools. Each Tied School will have one (1) entry in such drawing, and the Tied School selected in the random drawing will be declared the winner for that Maple Street Location Contest, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s determination of the existence of a tie, the eligibility of any Tied School, and the results of the random drawing will be final and binding. In such case, the odds of winning will vary based on the number of Tied Schools included in the random drawing.

PRIZES: Upon verification, the winning Eligible School for each Maple Street Location Contest (“Winner”) will receive a Maple Street catering order, valued at no more than $500, to be fulfilled during National Teacher Appreciation Week (May 4 - May 8, 2026) or the day of the Winner’s choosing, subject to availability and reasonable scheduling requirements of the applicable Maple Street Location.

Neither Sponsor nor Sponsor Affiliates make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in connection with this Contest or the prize. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner may waive the right to receive the prize. The prize consists only of the item listed, is non-assignable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value. Prizes not won and claimed by the Winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

Sponsor may require an authorized school representative to confirm eligibility and acceptance and to sign a prize acceptance and publicity release (as applicable). Potential Winner must respond to the notification message within 48 hours of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, or fails to timely execute and return any required forms, an alternate Winner may be selected from among the remaining Eligible Schools via the Winner Selection process outlined above.
